Michigan State University’s Global Center for Food Systems Innovation (GCFSI) is seeking applicants who can help create innovation in the global food system by finding, incubating and evaluating new and potentially game-changing knowledge and technology based solutions to development challenges, especially those related to population growth, climate change and urbanization.
Award: Up to $60,000 each for Postdocs

The L’Oréal USA For Women in Science fellowship program annually recognizes and rewards five U.S.-based women researchers for their outstanding contributions in science, technology, engineering and math fields. Foundation L’Oréal teams up with the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) to provide this postdoctoral grant each year. New to the program since 2014, applicants are also evaluated on their commitment to supporting other women and girls in science.
Award: Yearly stipend of $65,000; a research allowance of $10,000, health insurance, and possible relocation travel up to $5,000.

The Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Postdoctoral Research Awards support EERE’s mission in energy efficiency and renewable energy by offering recent Ph.D. recipients the opportunity to conduct applied research at universities, national laboratories, and other research facilities. Research opportunities will be awarded to qualified applicants to work on collaborative applied research of mutual interest to the applicant, the host facility, and the EERE Program sponsoring the award.
